RecommendedMy experience was FANTASTIC. I Live three hours away and they knew us (My bird, Cali) when we walked in the door! Dr. Kerry was so down to earth and easy to talk with. Dr. K and his whole staff are so wonderful. Definitely recommend him.
The staff at Bird Medicine and Surgery are the best. After 2 surgeries and a couple of months of follow up treatment, I think everyone in the office hand a hand in treating Memphis at some point. We may not be totally out of the woods but thanks to Dr's Kersting and Ferry and the whole staff he's a happy bird again.
They did an awesome job handling my bird and they gave me a lot of important information to help in the care of my new Parrot
My Remington, a 2 year old chickens was diagnosed with a sour crop. Long story short, had I not taken her to Dr. Kersting and his staff, Remington would not be here today. If you have a sick chicken, I highly recommend Dr. Kersting and his staff. Not enough words to express our gratitude to this special clinic!! Definitely would recommend this clinic!! Remington on her way home!
Dr. Kersting and his staff were amazing. I'm a first time bird owner who adopted a bird with health problems. They did a wonderful job educating me without making me feel like a bad bird mom. I absolutely love the amount of care and attention they gave my cockatiel and myself. Will for sure be returning.

Dr. Kersting and his staff took excellent care of my hen, Stevie, and my gecko, Link. They took the time to answer any questions I had and you can tell they sincerely care about your animals. We had a great experience and I trust them with my animals!
Doc K is by far the best!! He is very informative with everything you need!! Just an all around caring man!!
