Recently became a new "Mom" to a Caique (2nd if my lifetime) and after some concerning behavior, I made a first time appointment with Dr. Kersting. He was amazing. Quelled my concerns, answered my questions, and reassured me that my YoYo was just fine. This practice has gained new patients from this family. Thank you!!!
First time coming here today and while it was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do losing two babies in one day. They were so understanding, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. I’ve never experienced a vet as good as this one! Well done
These folks saved my Blue and Gold macaws life. And their comparison for birds is amazing.
The staff love all animals!!
Dr. Kersting and his staff are super friendly and helpful!!
Everyone was very helpful and kind. I would definitely take my bird back here.
Thank you to everyone at this facility especially to Dr Faring. Her compassion was so very much appreciated. I did as the behaviorist recommended and brought StarBaby home for the rest of the flock. It was met with mixed emotions. Two of the flock members were shocked and off put. The other two kissed her gently on her head and said their goodbyes. It is strangely quiet though here today. Thank you for understanding. ♥️
Thank you to all the staff at Bird Medicine and Surgery for doing all they could to help my bird Yoda. Just a few months ago I had seen another cockatiel that had to have surgery because he ate his rope perch. Little did I know that was going to happen to Yoda. Yoda ended up having surgery yesterday. He is doing well. Thank you for all your help and making us feel comfortable with the process!!
