We have had our flooring in for a year now. Love, love, love it! Steve Bird was so nice to us, explained exactly what to expect and the time it would take. Told us they would start at 0830, Pulled in driveway at 0825! We are so pleased with the flooring we got and want to recommend them to everyone we know. Top notch service!
Excellent guys, hard-working, honest and fair. Glad I made the investment of hardwood floors in my house.
The floor for the most part is well done. I was very disappointed in certain areas that I specifically asked about before the floor was put in and my concerns were basically brushed off by the installer. The resulting mistake required someone from Bird come out and fix the floor, which means cutting into it and replacing bad boards. The repair job is adequate, but the floor is not the same as the finish is a bit off as a result. Bird did a great job on our remodel. We had moved walls and had other patching to be done. They reworked the patches and made the floors all flow together. We were very impressed with Steve's attention to details and the timeliness of his crew.
