Just got my winter tires on at Birchwood Honda West. They are so great to deal with - got an appointment when I needed it, work was done quickly, the service employee Jagvir was friendly and helpful, even washed the dust off my car. Couldn't ask for better service.
5 years with no A/C issues with 2017 Honda. Brought car for service, the next day A/C blowing hot air. Dealer inspected it and said A/C has physical damage (system pipe punched). The rep claimed to be just a coincidence and was not willing to take additional ownership. The perfect timing makes it hard to believe it’s just a coincidence. The technician also appeared to be new and still learning. Done with Birchwood. Crown turned out to be better.
