Service went above and beyond what I expected. Kudos to the front desk customer service staff, the technicians. The Honda staff accommodated me to the nth degree ...I am truly grateful.
Phenomenal service and a huge shout out to Haider the Salesperson, and Jack and his Associate at Birchwood Honda West. Professional and a great group of guys. I waivered on buying for a bit but when I came in, Haider welcomed me with open arms, told him I made up my mind, he helped me into a brand new 2025 Honda Pilot for my Family and I, Jack is an outstanding gentleman in Finance when it came to financing, a true gentleman, and professional in his field. Highly recommended.
Service is poor and slow. They said they would get back to me about my issue of undercoating, but never heard anything from them for a month already.
