the consultants are super nice and answers most of my questions. This review is mainly for the Ford escape vehicle. I'm really not sure what's going on with my 2018 Ford. Every time I get it serviced few days later a get a notification saying that the engine needs to be checked reason "powertrain malfunction "the wost feeling of it all the engine lights comes on while on the highway with my kids in the vehicle. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the time that I drove my new F150 out the doors, the management and staff were extremely helpful.
