My 2014 Mustang GT has always been serviced with conventional oil changes. The service tech did not inform me that the dealer ship no longer carried conventional bulk oil. Synthetic oil was substituted without the costumers knowledge or confirmation. The service tech did not look up the service history on my vehicle. Lastly, the oil change cost $30.00 more (5 liter) than my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado (6.2 liters/synthetic). I have been a customer of Birchwood Ford for 35 years, NOT IMPRESSED!
