I had excellent service today at BF (Nov. 3/25). They took the time to explain to me how locked tires worked and helped me replace the locked lug nuts to regular lug nuts. Locked tires are totally out of my sphere...they replaced the lug nuts I bought from them for FREE!!! I will certainly give them my business if ever I need special service or a new/used car. A happy customer, Lynne :-)
