The people living here are being bullied by the new owners. They can't take a drink outside, they can't have a potty pad for their dogs. They are even saying that they don't need to follow the laws of Safety/ companion animals. That is going to far! These are senior citizens who can't afford to move. I would really like to hear an explanation why?
