The walls are thin. The maintenance guy is a methhead. The landlord doesn't give you your deposit back and charges a cleaning fee. I didn't feel safe there. Avoid at all costs!
Visited a friend for Thanksgiving here. It has secure entryways and clean community spaces and hallways. Nice sized and quiet apartments too.
I lived in this apartment building for a little over a year. I really enjoyed the affordable price and the layout and condition of the apartments. Unfortunately my experience took a sharp turn when I moved out. Initially it was a $640 deposit which $250 is non refundable, I was ok with that. What I wasn't ok with was when I moved out, I cleaned the apartment just as good if not better than it was when I moved in, just as I have everywhere I live.
