Great service and amazing customer support, flowers were also great and lovely
Ordered online for a funeral, upgraded to bigger arrangement. What was delivered was embarrassing. After asking for a refund, Patrick responded that what was sent was ‘nice and beautiful’. Yikes. Nailed it. Ugh. Obviously not a floral designer in the shop.

Don't waste your money going here. Bought a simple flower bouquet costing 20 dollars and the shopkeeper didn't even bother to present it nicely. He was very rude and uncooperative.
The flowers didn't last more than a couple of days. I've had better longevity from flowers purchased at a grocery store. Overall, a regrettable experience.
