We've been coming to this florist for many years. It's the closest florist that we can find from the cemetery. I believe they have changed management now. The store is a bit outdated, but it serves the purpose, being only a couple of minutes away from the cemetery.

Ordered online for a funeral, upgraded to bigger arrangement. What was delivered was embarrassing. After asking for a refund, Patrick responded that what was sent was ‘nice and beautiful’. Yikes. Nailed it. Ugh. Obviously not a floral designer in the shop.
