Legit recent witness to how this apartment runs. Back in 2016 the manager/owner would not do pest control. The building got roaches and bed bugs, and they only did something when so many people complained. Not only that, they just changed the kitchen tile, and because they bought in bulk for the lowest rate, the kitchen tile was used for all the house. This owner could bring an infestation and they WILL blame someone they want out. Do not live here
Very clean and friendly
The birches apartments are very secure and quiet, the complex manager is very awesome and gets right on it of fixing all the troubles you may have while living here.
