I lived here for almost two years!!! It was to noisy for me and the neighbors were unruly!! Unfortunately they failed to renew my lease because I stayed on them about fixing things that needed to be done around the unit. The only thing I didn’t like was that the units don’t have the proper ac it gets hot in the summer time. I didn’t have issues with roaches because I kept my apartment clean.
Legit recent witness to how this apartment runs. Back in 2016 the manager/owner would not do pest control. The building got roaches and bed bugs, and they only did something when so many people complained. Not only that, they just changed the kitchen tile, and because they bought in bulk for the lowest rate, the kitchen tile was used for all the house. This owner could bring an infestation and they WILL blame someone they want out. Do not live here
