someone d*ed here there was a shootout (not the first time) in the back of the complex and someone passed away. The front gate has been down since February (it is now December). Homeless people roam around daily- in the dumpsters, in the laundry facilities.
Current Resident Staff is GREAT! Roberto and Selena are awesome and always accommodating. Maintenance is quick to respond, and they keep the complex clean. I have been here for almost a year and I will definitely be renewing my lease. When my AC went out they not only gave me a window unit but a portable one as well while the repaired the central AC. Pool is beautiful and clean. I do love it here and am so happy to call Birch my home.

DON'T RENT HERE I moved out on 1/1/23. I paid $150 deposit. When i moved out i got a notice saying I owed 56.00. The website showed I owed it but had been credited from the deposit showing they owe me 76.00. I called them repeatedly, they never answer the phone. I emailed Richard and the main email address repeatedly and they never returned my emails. Today, 2/2/23 I get a call from a credit agency! I was placed in collections! Poor staff The apartments were recently transitioned to new Management company and some of the Front Office staff is just like the previous Management company especially when dealing with Yvonne and Vanessa whenever you have a concern it seems that these really are not listening to your concerns, it’s more like hurry up and finish talking so I can do something more important. Current resesident I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. My car has been broken in to and for some reason the cameras wasn't working. The people out here let their dogs poop anywhere and don't clean up after. I've had my car towed in the so called visitors parking, if you don't pay 5$ per night you have to park on the side of the road which is unsafe for you and your car. Pretty much you can't have visitors! Luckily my lease is over in 3 months or I would just pay to break my lease!
Horrible Experience! Based on my experience, these are the worst. Not worth anyone’s time and money. Everything about this place is horrible. Anytime you conjure up false reports and accusations and then turn around throwing on someone’s credit report is not unacceptable. That’s low and dirty on so many levels. I’m regretting it now and paying for it as well. Trust me when I say this, don’t do it. It’s not worth it. It would be best to look elsewhere.
Excellent Staff and Beautiful Complex I have had a fear of moving to a different state/city, but I believe my experience at Twelve 6 Ten at The Park subsided my fears. I saw maintenance left and right doing their jobs and maintaining the beauty of the complex. It is nice to see a change of atmosphere in comparison to Louisiana. Cheap rent is not worth it, look elsewhere! I'll be brief. The Apartments are dirty, there is a serious problem with roaches (I've never seen an issue like this in other apartments). They do not fix problems in the units (I had a bad thermostat in the refrigerator and the shower regulator was bad, so on a daily basis my shower temperature would fluctuate between cold and scalding hot).
