I have worked with Birch for some time now and have always had excellent results. Their team, culture, and quality of service are topnotch. Highly recommended!
Always miss most of the lot when they plow and never come back to get it I have fallen in our parking lot half a dozen times because of the snow they miss. We are still waiting to get plowed out after the most recent snow fall as well. I also always have to go out after them and shovel the sidewalk off better because they never do a very good job
Major failure taking over 14 hrs, (Still waiting so could take over 24 for all i know) to plow after the first major snow fall. They did have some non english studs just shovel the steps off: lotta good since nobody can even pull in driveway. They didnt even do the standard once thru. FAIL!
Birch is professional and highly skilled from start to finish. Tony and Mitch provided fast and thorough quotes with great suggestions and a fair price for the quality of services. The crew was efficient, safety conscious and they left the yard in better shape than they found it. Tree care is an investment and it makes sense to go with the best.
