RecommendedBirch has been great in helping me learn about the irrigation system and outdoor lighting system that were already installed in the house I purchased. The owner left no instructions for these and I had no previous experience. They are always able to come out quickly and take the time to tell me what they are doing and why. I’m very happy with the service and the friendliness and professionalism and will be using them for ongoing needs.
They could improve by setting a standard for snow removal whereby the snow is actually removed. This service is supposed to relieve the paying customer of having to shovel. Why must I finish every job Birch starts. I have a new cuss word: "Sonsabirches."

Don’t cut half the lawn and haven’t trimmed in two weeks
This company is awful!!! They need to invest in baggers for their lawn mowers. They leave grass all over. Do not hire them. They’re much better companies who would never do that.
Do not hire them. The work they do is so terrible. They are the WORST lawn care company ever!!!!!
After dealing with another company that just couldn't do a good job, Birch came through and plowed our lot better than it's been in years. Very professional employees that actually care about the customer's needs. Thank you Birch!!! Keep up the Great work.
Regularly skip the road I live in because it’s too difficult for them to plow. They “need to go get a different truck to make it up the hill.” Problem is they never come back with that different truck until I call and email the city. Tuesday’s snowfall didn’t get plowed until 24 hours after the rest of the City of Birchwood was completed.
Not sure what is worse... Their lawn service, snow removal or just their customer service in general. Definitely would never hire them if I had a choice.
