Just had our 3rd meal there the other night. Once again the food and service were both outstanding. It's a great spot for that special occasion dinner or just a fun night out. The wine pairing with the meal was spot on. All the wines went great with the dishes and it was nice to discover new wines. Highly recommend Birch to anyone I talk to. Had a pitch perfect dinner at Birch last night. The food was creative but not pretentious bringing to the table (counter:-) the best RI has to offer in produce, seafood, meat and dairy. Every mouthful was an adventure---totally new flavor combinations and some completely new tastes. The service was attentive but not overbearing ---time was taken with the delivery of each dish to explain what was on the plate and how it was prepared.
