Great
I thought Biqian Liu was very good at her position. She listens to her patient and, makes you feel like you count and not, someone who's just taking up her time.
The staff at the front desk were pleasant and welcoming. The NP and subscriber were professional and attentive . I felt comfortable and relieved after THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT completed her assignment. She was accurate as far as the test results and reassuring. The entire experience left me relaxed and reassured that I only had a severe cold. Thank you to all involved.
I wouldn't send a cat to this practice, and I don't like cats because I'm allergic. Both she and Dr Sundeep Katepalli should not be treating patients. They are rude, inconsiderate, and incompetent. Continuing to refer a patient to doctors that are RETIRED is either cruel or shows signs of blatant incompetence. One is a mistake but 3 cannot be explained away. When I first came there, I wasn't very sure about the coming, but after being a patient of her she killed all my doubts about coming back. Everyone there is very nice and very friendly. And a pleasant place to come to.
