John knows what he is doing, he is friendly and efficient. Shay and Sash are good at their jobs and I look forward to seeing them
Second time I have gone there as a new patient. Keep telling me they can't find a vein. I drank a case of water in 2 days. But yet 30 minutes later CSL has no problem finding a vein. I think they don't want to pay new donor fees
First thing they showed me was the book with one line saying we can defer you for any reason And then said my veins are too little and come back in 14 days I'm in truck driving school with no income I'll be going to another clinic the last time I donated was five months ago so I clearly have scars from donating and you can tell they are not current one's
While being screened to donate a screener named, Sarah and already stuck my finger got my weight but as soon she put the blood pressure cup on my arm in the middle of the process of getting pressure she just snatches it off and says “ I can’t donate cause of a odor” then continues to say “If I have a problem they are also gon have a problem smelling you” so I tried to get her to describe the smell she continues to ignore me and say sorry. so I find that kind of funny idk but that was handled poorly.
