Had one of the worse experiences there got a lump in arm from last stick went today to donate and was purposely antagonize they asked if ever donated blood or plasma in 8 weeks I was honest and told them yes like when I initially came and the Chinese girls started asking the same question different ways trying to purposely confuse me then they had a blonde nurse who was acting like I was lying come and try and question me again talking about she needs the exact date of when I've donated blood which I never did it was plasma ... read more
This place is Racist ..They treated me very badly simply for hearing that I speak Spanish even telling them that I understood and spoke English perfectly. They were not interested in just talking to each other with attitudes in reception. They are not professional at all. If you speak Spanish even if you know the English language, they will throw you out for you simply for being Latina

I was a loyal member coming to this plasma establishment but over the last few months it has gone downhill from the workers to the managers. The workers that take the plasma are all so young and young minded all I hear is constant giggles and remarks being spoken when getting set up to start the plasma process. They take forever to get you started while all they are doing is walking around talking. The worse part is they stick you wrong and the machine keeps going off saying the return pressure is too high. For the amount of money they get for the plasma bottle they pay way to low to the doner they need to really improve on the payment compensation
