Please communicate better amongst each other and also retain more knowledge on what is required. I had a hold on my donation. I did the order labs with my dr , came back into location to take hold off and was told the Dr didn't get the complete testing they needed but they were willing to let me go to the quest to get ( what THEIR male nurse told me was a $30 test at quest) ((which was actually 58)bring it in and it would be cleared up. Horrible receptionist, never picks up the phone. Will not see you even if you set up an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time. Absolutely despicable of how they don’t care for anyone but getting paid hourly.
I have been coming here for about a year now. The team here are fantastic young men and women. I can’t express enough how clean it is there and how kind the team is. This place just can’t ever get it together. Staff is unprofessional, loud and obnoxious screaming across the donor floor. They take their sweet time connecting you. They have the personality of a thermos. Have fun at work all you want but not on my time. Not trying to be here half the day because your staff is too worried about how drunk they are gonna get that night .Manager and staff should all be fired place has become a joke.
Wanna shout out jasmine understaffed today. She is doing awesome please give her paid day off and a raise. Brittany was very helpful and nice. Jasmine is the mvp
