Very professional friendly staff and clean place.
I have been donating at this center for about 2 years now. The staff is very friendly, and take their jobs seriously. It’s silly to me how people want to complain about the gossip when that’s half the fun of being there (plus the gossip is usually not at the expense of donor’s from my experience unless they’re in on it). The speed is the only other complaint I’ve seen in these reviews. However I must say a lot of these longer donations are either at peak hours, or when you have personal complications or resticks. I have a short donation cycle, only 30 minutes from getting stuck to finishing, and it took 15 minutes after finishing for someone to take me off the machine so i could leave. Feels ridiculous to be left on the machine with it beeping loudly to announce I'm done for half of the time it even took me to give my blood plasma. I'm thankful for the gentleman working in the lab who noticed and took me off the machine to leave, when it wasn't his job, it was the workers' on the floor
