The staff here are slow and terrible at their job. They always leave me for at least 10 min post donation before they disconnect me. Took an hour to get on the floor post screening with a line of 4 people. I HATE IT
So, this location has gotten progressively worse over the last 8 months, I went from a total donation time 1hr 30 minutes on average from scanning my barcode in to walking to my car.. today it’s currently averaging (over last 4 visits) to ~3 hrs tonight it was 3hrs 25min the person who stick me today told me they only had two people who could put in the needle… I hope someone in management / corporate sees this and realize that new machines won’t help, they either need more staff or to limit the number of appointments… it’s ... read more
Why is anyone answering the phones this morning
Staff is unprofessional and there’s nothing but college kids working there just going through the motions. A few of them are bad at inserting the needle. Don’t be surprised if you have an issue every other time you donate. I’d recommend trying another center if you can.
