Terrible company they deserve no stars just get rid of this lab
Biotech biotech billed me and NEVER made an attempt to get insurance information. No indication on bill that they were missing insurance information., Obviously they have my age so why not bill medicare. When I asked, Katie said they don't have time because they have 5,000 accounts. DO NOT PAY YOUR BIOTECH bill until you phone regarding your insurance. They are trying to scam people.
