BioteamAZ did an excellent job at my sons home. We had a horrific biohazard situation & Krystie came out immediately & did a complete assessment. Kriystie called the insurance company (while we were present) & opened up the insurance claim for us. She worked directly with the insurance company on our behalf & always kept us informed. I rarely write reviews. I was a bit hesitant at first, but Mr. Ross assured me that my insurance will pay the bill entirely, of which my ins did. The crew called, came out the next morning. They introduced themselves and told me what they will be accomplishing and continued to keep me updated. Austin, Kyle, Riley, Ethan and Tyler, including Glen and Ross, each and everyone were so courteous, professional, supportive, sensitive and anticipating my every need. It was so consoling to me.
