The rep, Jordan, was amazing! She was knowledgeable and made it an easy process.
So my husband uses jevity feed he has a GI port so he depends on this company sending him his food! He's got throat cancer and lost a ton of weight so he's on the highest calorie jevity there is. He received I think 3 months of the right product and after that they say they don't have jevity and they need to supplement with another kind. Ok that's fine as long as it's the same calories and NO FLAVOR AND SAME VALORIES( AS SUGAR FEEDS CANCER) last month they sent FLAVORED WITH 100 LESS CALORIES!!
