My experience with Bioped was fantastic. I have ordered compression stockings and custom orthotics from Bioped twice - I’m a repeat customer. The receptionist, Veronica, exhibits excellent customer service, always responding promptly and being thorough in her communications. The clinicians who measured me for my stockings and orthotics were very personable and experienced. I felt like I was in good hands. I got my purchases in a timely manner.
I tried BioPed for the first time this year and was so pleased with all their services, from initial appointment and through all the subsequent communications. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. I will definitely be back!
I have been using the Chiropody services at the Oakville location for many years. I also purchase shoes there for my wide feet and custom orthotics. They are extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Syed and team.
Syed is a great doctor and is always able to help me. I appreciate Veronica from the front desk as she's always kind, friendly and welcoming.
