The team sent from Bionic Emergency were very responsive. We had water damage and leaking in our crawl space, and we couldnâ??t find where it was coming from. Not only did they clean the job, but they came back again as a courtesy to try to find the source which they did. Experienced and proactive workers.
I cannot thank the team at Bionic Emergency Services enough. We had a leak in the bathroom on the second floor. The water did not run to the middle of the room but rather straight to the wall. I do not know how long the leak was there before I heard the dripping inside the wall from the ground floor bathroom below. Even then I could not see a problem because of the where the leak was. Bionic is a professional and trustworthy water removal company. Our house got flooded by an old rusty pipe. The extraction and the clean up of the entire area was well done. Once the place dried up, they got to work on repairing and giving it a finishing touch.
The tech from Bionic arrived on time. He wanted to make sure I understood the process of the water removal and mold prevention. He was awesome throughout this process with me. Happy with the services!
Great mold inspection services. Had them come do some testing for my apartment restroom. It was positive for mold like I suspected and they were able to work with the building management's insurance directly. They saved me a huge hassle.
D- All around. Horrible customer service, we had to deal with very rude people who don't understand how important client satisfaction is. After one month we still have not received the paperwork we need to fill our claim to the insurance company. When we called to complain to their manager about the current situation, the supposed manager was as rude and unhelpful as the previous guy we were working with. Safe your time!
