I want to share a review of this place. I had back surgery and was allowed to use this facility for outpatient therapy. When I started, I had balance issues and weak legs. After six weeks of therapy, I feel much better and the therapy session had made such a tremendous improvement. The staff there are quite patient oriented and the exercises flow smoothly with appointments so no time is waisted for a technician to show what your next exercise is. I came here after being referred for Bells Palsy. This was a very scary time for me and as soon as I entered BioMotion, Dr. Sanchez reassured me that they could help me. I was told by the neurologist that it could take up to a year to get better. After only about a month I am almost totally back to normal. They are AWESOME! I am very grateful for the help I have received. If you are shopping for a great Physical Therapist, I highly recommend this place!

My daughter is 9 years old, her orthopedic dr told us she wasn’t sure what was wrong with my daughters back. We took her in to see dr. Derek Sanchez and he answered questions for us and is helping my daughter heal. The team here is always friendly and always happy to see us. If you need PT I strongly recommend BioMotion. Everyone is awesome 👏🏼
I absolutely loved this place after 4 different doctors appointments fighting with workmans comp my girlfriend finally got an answer to her shoulder injury and hopefully with his help we can avoid having surgery. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to her pain and how she's feeling and giving her the help she wants
This place takes great care of my daughter and I. We have a rare connective tissue disorder that many don't understand or treat accordingly. Biomotion has gone above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of and everyone is extremely accommodating and patient with their 5 year old client. Thank you guys so much! God Bless!
Derek and his staff truly care about people. They work with you to heal yourself. Encouragement and support are always there, plus a dose of humor and joy. I've been to several PT places in my 26 years in the San Antonio area, and this is the only place I recommend.
