I heard good things about biomat so I gave them A try my first and only donation went ok but they forgot to take my blood for their labs until after I donated. When I tried to signup with their app it kept saying my password does not meet the minimum characteristics when I exceeded it with multiple password attempts so I had to call to make another appointment when I arrived to my appointment I was told I had to have the app to donate but they were able to help me figure it out apparently their system doesn’t accept special ... read more
Biomat is fast and friendly! I get done fast and I enjoy talking to the employees! Maggie always gives me the best sticks! I appreciate that I can do my questions on my phone before I come in!
Great experience! I come by twice a week to donate plasma and have gotten to know the staff. They're all very helpful and kind! Highly recommend
I had a pretty bad experience today. The lady that did my retake today. Use the wrong cuff on me and deferred me when I had a "on" too high of a heart rate. When it was only 98 and my blood pressure was 82 over 128 and deferred me for no reason today and was pretty. Snotty, about it. Hopefully next time I go in things will be better. Complaining about being lazy and tired things that I really didn't need to hear First, ever, bad experience with them and i've been donating with them for over a year
