They are closing. They were very flinky about timing of telling their employees. The full timers are being forced to work till they close. Dishonest to say the least. Donors loved GRIFOLS. The staff was always friendly. Kind. Supportive. I loved coming in to see them. I’m so upset how this closing was handled. Shame on corporate for treating these people like this.
EDIT: Unfortunately this location is closing on May 4th. Bummer Friendly and personable. Clean and professional. This what you want in a plasma donation center. First class.
Good experience everytime, great staff, makes a somewhat stressful activity much more enjoyable.
I cannot say enough good things about Grifols Biomat in Ames. The staff is great, always friendly and helpful. The process is so smooth and quick compared to some other competing centers. I would recommend Biomat to anyone!
The staff here are amazing! They’re so kind and welcoming. They answer all of your questions and make you feel comfortable. The facility is always very clean and has a great environment. I 100% wouldn’t trust anyone else with my donations. Best plasma center hands down.
