I enjoy being in the presence of everyone here!
I usually like the staff, but a chunky brunette made today the last day I will donate. She sat in her car right next to me for 10 minutes before getting out and telling me I couldn't sit there due to loitering. There are FIVE businesses in this complex. Grifols does not own the lot. Been going here since I moved to billings. I just want to highlight a few things. 1. Your crew is awesome trained well and quickly responds if complications happen during the donating process. 2. Your crew is empathetic in keeping the donor calm. In my case they quickly realized my anxiety spiked when a bit of air made it into the line. They reasured me it would be OK while fixing the complication in a very professional manner. 3. They grade both your veins and the phlebotomist.
