Great staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Staff very unprofessional. I think her name is Chelsea. Very bad for her position.
What a HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING experience. I arrive for my first appointment & the door is locked. I'm not sure if that's standard practice, so I wait outside & there were others waiting in their cars & said they had appointments as well. They ended up driving away as they had waited a while. The staff are awesome. They make sure your comfortable and so nice. If you call most of the time they won't answer cuz everyone is working on clients and they don't have a receptionist, but you can just walk in. Plus you feel great helping out by giving plasma.
