I’ve been donating here for years and every time Sylas is my phlebotomist I know it’s going to be a great donation. He’s goes above and beyond with his work, and is genuinely thoughtful to every donor I see him with. Hope he continues to stick around here. (no pun intended)

Staff is great and clean facilities. They're just chronically understaffed and the time to donate is at least 2 plus hours and that with only 25 minutes of on the machine donation time.
Taking advantage of the desperate. Making rules to save themselves a couple bucks and screw you over knowing your struggling and having no other options. Tip dont make your first donation isn't on a Friday Saturday or Sunday because they will literally screw you over and say you started a new week even though you just made your first donation. This place is a joke with a bunch of untrained med techs making permanent holes in your arm. Proceed at your risk and with cautious.
