You would think only 1 or 2 people work here. What is the point of making an appointment, if no one will even acknowledge your presence for over 30 mins?
A first time donor to Grifols, but not to plasma, I can tell you it's a wonderful experience and these are professional, polite people. Obviously as a first time donor the process takes time, but it's worth it; the machines are fast and new. They have a great system set up where there are no lines! After your pre-check you go to the donating chair. Great experience!
Friendly and helpful, the screening process is about 2-2 1/2 hours. If bruising occurs as a result of the donation process, a person might have to wait a bit before donating again. I am really liking the new machines. They are so much faster. Good Luck!🙂❤
I have been donating for quite a while and the staff at the evergreen location in Everett are all really nice and professional. I have dealt mostly with Bridgette, Zeynob and Bud, they have always been welcoming, polite, very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend donating here and if you have the opportunity to donate in the morning to see them, you won’t be disappointed in your experience!! 5 stars!!
I have been donating at Grifols in Everett for about a year. The staff are always kind and thoughtful. Today two of my favorites, (Zaynab and Bridgette) were the two phlebotomists that saw me. Both were gentle with the needle and engaging in personality. Always a pleasure! WG
