Was told they needed to contact the medical director of the company to see if something was permissible (something in my past medical condition list that my PCP wrote it is under control). That was over a month ago. I was told I would be contacted back.

The facility is clean and they just gave the bathrooms a beautiful upgrade! The staff if here is kind, efficient and accurate. On Sunday, Rosa inserted the butterfly so seamlessly I didn’t realize anything had happened. *They train the new recruits very well at this location. Akendalae was still being supervised under Bridget’s direction today. His execution of my set up was on point. Bridget was patient, factual and kind in her guidance. It’s a comfort to see these interactions as a donor.
