I was promised $100 for my first two donations. I only received $40 for my second. After my second was complete I was told that only apply to new donors not returning donors. I was suckerd out my blood. I feel stupid. I had donated to them for years BEFORE but it's been 5 years since I've donated there. Never again, a poor excuse for organization that is out here lying to people to get their blood! DON'T GO HERE! Let me start out, the staff is always warm, welcoming and friendly... Now with that being said, there are a few techs that need to listen better so this does not happen, I am very clear that my veins roll they always have, and instead of listening and taking the time they are in a rush to get that "stick" this picture I'm showing is after a 3hr pressure bandage and ice, I get this is a business and then after switching to the other arm and the seasoned tech sticks me again realized there was a blood clot. This place has really gone down hill. Compensation is down, they have no respect for donors time. You can make an appointment and if you're late by 11 minutes, they cancel. Meanwhile, you can show up to your appointment and they can make you wait for 45 mintues past and they basically say 'Whoops.' Apparently appointments only go one way. I'd avoid until they can figure out how to respect people's time. Very professional staff and very attentive as well. Some times it's really busy, but if you get in early for your appointment, then it really helps.
