made an appointment for 10:30 on 7/6/2025,for a new doner. The only person working upfront called the nurse who said to come back on Tuesday because she was not doing new donors. I had an appointment, drove all the way over to be turned away. considering I made the appointment for today and not Tuesday is I am available today. Is it not her job to do new donors that have an appointment? off i go somewhere else.
7/2/2025 stopped by there today, pulse reading was off from feet not on floor. i asked for retake. "ah no i cant do that" she says. you cant push a button because your a karen ? seems like they look for reasons to turn someone down. but yeah, rude staff as others have stated. why do all of them have attitudes ? I'll just go back to csl, the lines were long but at least they treated me better 🤷♂️ update : 7/3/2025 donated at csl with no issues.
Grifols use to have a great staff but now they have a few employees that are rude and looking for an opportunity to turn you away so they don’t have to work. This experience has made me never want to donate anywhere ever again. They treat you as if you’re beneath them. I donate because my mom was sick and the plasma helped my mom live a little longer, she eventually passed. Sign out front says walk in welcome but the desk attendant says by appointment only and even though I been here before and was able to access my profile online and at the center they turn me away for not having my ss card even though I had my I’d and was clearly in the system. Guess when you get paid by the hour in a business model like this you don’t have to worry about customers per se. When your already working for a company that targets low income and people already struggling you can act however you want
