So every time I go in it’s clean and staff is always nice.. but I would like to shout out a specific employee. Vikky is her name and Every time I go in she always greets me personally.. asks how I am and always engages in friendly short conversation. She always has a smile and her work ethic is very diligent. I think most people have some level of fear when it comes to needles, I know I do. Lexi is the absolute best!!! When she helps me I dont feel a thing! No fear, no anxiety. I know when I request her that my donations will go smoothly. I hope that Biomat USA- Reno knows what a gem they have in her and never let her go!
