I've donated at a few different plasma centers over the years, and I have yet to meet someone as professional and friendly as Esau. You can tell he cares greatly about his work and always has a positive attitude no matter the situation.
I have had the opportunity to help in an event that Biomat in Reno has held for children going back to school. They supplied several of our community members with back packs, pencils, binders, etc. Esau made the event fun and helpful! If you have the opportunity to donate plasma here and work with Esau he will give the best customer service! He is very informative, positive and polite!
