Friendly, competent staff that works well together to make you comfortable while keeping the process moving quickly. First timers, take a blanket with you as you will get cold during the donation.

I have donated at a lot of different centers over the years and this one is by far the best. I love the scheduling system, and the staff is great. They always thank you for your donation and while donating will make sure your ok. They also offer great incentives to their loyal donors.
RecommendedUsually pretty good but they’ve got a tendency to overbook and understaff themselves. Just waited an hour from the time my donation was scheduled to the time the phlebotomist setup my station and stuck me for my donation... I come here because they’re friendly but when they’ve got too many donors on the floor and the phlebotomists are chatting instead of paying attention to the donors who have yet to be stuck, it’s a bit frustrating.
