no respect for their donor's time. what used to be a (at most) 90 minute visit has now doubled, due to poor scheduling practices. I only continue donating right now because I'm still furloughed, once I can work again, I doubt I will return.
Back in July I received a text saying I would get 50 dollars in addition to the 50 dollars they were giving to donors. The first time I went I had to call after I left because they only gave me 50 out of the 100. I waited for over 40 minutes over the phone and spoke to two different people . The second person told me it had been resolved and the money was there. When I went for my 2nd donation I had to call again to get the money I was promised. From the time I entered Grifols, I was greeted with smiles and great professional service. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to get through the physical without any delays. Once I finished the new donor process, I was escorted to start my plasma donation. Daniel (lead) and Keishla were remarkable marksmen with their needle. It took them one attempt to find the perfect vein. Because of them my donation went smoothly! Thank you Grifols for your excellent customer service and professionalism!
