this company's employees will make up rules on the fly and then blacklist you when you don't follow the rules you have not been informed about. If you really want to see how poorly they handle customer service check out their better business bureau reviews. they have an f rating

RecommendedProfessional & friendly staff. I've seen lots of improvements with remodeling, upgrades & the process to make donating more efficient + a good experience. I do miss movies being played to take my mind off arm discomfort.
RecommendedI donated for the first time here today. It was an excellent experience. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient (especially Andrea!) It being my first time here it took about 3 hours, but I'm given to understand that it normally takes about 45 minutes to an hour to donate. The cash incentive for donating was amazingly generous and the money very much helped my family and me. I love this place and I'd recommend to anyone!
I was perfectly happy with donating plasma here until they switched to paperless records. Their system "lost" my records in the update and forced me to go through an "annual physical" despite having done one just three months ago just so I could donate again. I complete the physical, but their system fails while I'm on the donor table waiting and they won't let me donate. I come back three days later and their system fails again and they tell me that despite having just done an annual physical literally three days previously... read more
RecommendedThis past week I started to donate plasma. If anyone wants to do something for a good cause. This is it. You get extremely well compensated and it is very much needed during these rough times due to covid. I went to biomat in Fort Walton beach and they are the best at what they do. I'm really nervous whenever I've had an IV done but this was extremely painless. Excellent staff that was professional, safe and friendly. I'm so very proud to be a plasma donor now. If anyone has any questions please let me know.
