Go somewhere else with inflation going up what they pay is going down for both new and existing Doners go to CRT plasma for more money
I will not be returning until the Facility is allowed to Play movies again for their Donors.
This location has great customer service... The staff are always nice and friendly, and they know how to take care of their donors. This is the only plasma center that will ever get my plasma donations.
Refuse to pay me for my second donation of the week because there calendar week supposedly goes Monday - Sunday not Sunday - Monday as per standard and fails to have any clarification on this saying if your first donation is later in the week and come back a few days later it's technically a new week and you won't get paid what your owed for your second donation of the week. They were very rude about this. Don't go here other places pay you what they owe you and don't screw you.
The place is really understaffed. I’m sure the employees mean well but the understaffing and lack of preparation to handle being overworked creates a rough experience. My first time was my last time as it was a really negative experience. I spent 2 hours with the onboarding and 2 hours with the needle in the arm. Really uncomfortable and rage inducing experience , would have been nice to have a tech help me through it
