Never had any problems what-so-ever. Very professional staff. im compelled to write a review after seeing all the bad reviews that dont make any sense. Stop being dumb folks and quit acting theres a problem when in fact there isn't one..
It's a shame they're closing for good, but luckily there is a BioLife Plasma in Edgewood Town Center and another one on McKnight Rd! See you there!
