If you are thinking about donating for the first time, I recommend doing your research. With that being said, let me reassure you, there is no need to have fear or anxiety if you are a newbie. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Surprisingly had an enjoyable experience. It’s such a rewarding feeling knowing you are helping others. Wish I would have started coming here years ago.
Was there today to donate a little late and instead of the lady being nice and just asking us to come back a different day with more time she was very rude, had an attitude and talked to us like it was an inconvenience for us to even be there. She definitely needs to have a better attitude considering people come there to DONATE. And to add drove over an hour to come here.
The management is horrible and the supervisor has no people skills. He called the police on me and that back fired on his unprofessional self because he wouldn't do a better job.
They turned me away randomly no explanation just said naw you gotta go wasted 2hrs getting here for nothing in return
