This center is a disorganized mess these phlebotomist are unprofessional as hell and rude one of them said something to get me deferred and than I had to re enter everything abd DJ the process over some of the females are definitely have an attitude problem and I'm trying to get this center investigated and report some of these employees and I'm not the first one to have these problems but it's always the same complaints, they talk to you like you some bum off the street and they show favoritism to some people abd you stuff ... read more
Very clean environment, the staff is very professional which makes the process fast from start to finish. I’m fascinated with watching Nikki Boo on the floor, she is very alert, polite and works with great integrity, very during work ethics. This location makes the donation process very worth it.
As a return new donor, I am so glad I chose to return to this location. Quick, easy, and friendly! Nikki Boo was who stuck me first time with no problems. Her personality lit up the room, very professional and gets to the point. The overall vibe was great overall as well. Will definitely be returning.
