Truck drivers. Idk y they have 53ft trailers with a sleeper deliver here, it's small, tight, and people personal vehicles are everywhere. This place was built for box trucks, expedited trucks, and day cabs.

I have been waiting over two weeks for my prescription for Orgovix. I have been off the medication for more than 7 days and now have to start all over again. No one called me to tell me the status of this prescription. I was told once you got approval from my doctor it would be sent over night. I called today and found out that I need to answer some questions before it would be mail out. The handling of this prescription was pathetic. I have been trying to get a refund on two copays for meds that my husband got through biologics, because we have a copay card. I have called ten times and it has been almost two months and they still have not issued me a refund. Whenever I call, they always say there is no direct line to the finance department, so I can never talk to someone who actually has the power to refund me my money. Very thorough, responsive, and great customer service. We get husband's oral chemotherapy medication there and are very satisfied with our service. We appreciate that they call to check on how he is doing with the medication.
