Is this even a real business? Dropped off samples over a month ago. Was told it would be 10 business days before results were in. Never heard back. Have tried twice during business hours to go in person and check on it. It's always closed with no one there. Called at least 3 times and left voicemails. Nothing. No answers and no response. Save yourself time and effort and use a different business. That's what I'll be doing.
Susie and her team are amazing, absolutely love working with them every month for our testing needs. Went to them after having a few problems with a previous lab. I've been going there for a little over two years now! Can't thank them enough for all of their help, knowledge and excellent customer service!! They're also so great with shelf life testing and any odd request we might throw their way. 10/10 recommend!
Provided detailed reports on everything I asked for (bacteria presence and copper/lead). Extremely reasonable pricing was provided and the customer service was fantastic. Definitely returning for further services.
