The existing staff is VERY proficient at their jobs. But the place is understaffed. A lot of people are waiting but no dedicated front desk, 2 of 8 open pre-check stations and a LOT of empty beds. This creates unnecessary wait times. This feels disrespectful to existing staff & donors. Staffing needs to be at least doubled, possibly tripled.
