I’m gonna rate the experience three out of five because I’ve had mainly all good experiences But just recently in the last few months they’ve hired and trained quickly to where me and a few of my friends that donate there to help and give back got pretty hurt. One of my friends got a hematoma…I was stuck twice and readjusted tgree times it was painful and I had a hide bruise for two wells and a hard little lump where it started healing and haven’t been able to donate again cause of my anxiety to return. Pretty good experience .. first visit us about 2 hrs so prepare for that .. make sure your hydrated and eat protein before or you won't be able to donate . And prepare to wait after about 20 mins won't let you leave until nurse Che my you out . It's a big place and donating does take about 45 mins on the machine .

The staff at the Temecula location are very nice and helpful, and the center is very clean. I’ve been going for almost a year and usually I can donate within forty five minutes to and hour and a half. However, over the last few weeks, I think due to an influx of new donors and being understaffed, donation time have taken me two to two and a half hours. I hope donation times go down soon.

It’s hard to rate a donation site when you have only been to this location and have nothing to compare against. But I will rate this against my experiences over the last 14 months. In the past I have been able to get in and out of the donation center in around an hour, maybe an hour and a half. For the last three weeks, it has been taking over 2-1/2 hours.
