Rude staff, they treated me like an idiot for not being 100% knowledgeable on the intake procedures even though I was prepared with my paperwork and all info they needed. People who arrived after me who were also first time donors were helped before I was and treated better than I was from what I saw. Will not be returning due to my negative experience.
Staff at front doing the vitals is not friendly. Sat in one of the beds waiting to be hooked up to the machine for over 30 minutes while others behind me were hooked up first. When I complained, I was told their names printed out first. Not sure how that happens if they were 3 or more people behind me. Too much chitchat going on among the staff at the beds.
First, the facility is clean and right next door to Trader Joe’s. Excellent location! The staff is patient and kind. They all seem friendly and will chat with you while you donate. In addition, for my first time, everyone was was helpful and walked me through the process. Overall a good experience.
I have been giving for a few years and the staff goes out of their way to make it smooth for their donors. There has been a few off days but more good days lately! I love that I am helping others with my donation!
