A half an hour to get vitals. Another half an hour sitting in a chair not even hooked up yet to donate. 4 people on the floor and only 3 taking vitals. WAY WAY understaffed. The Florin road center is way more organized and speedy. Wish I could still go to the Florin road as it’s now a 45 minute drive for us. On second thought, we may get done faster driving that far than we have been here. Spent over 2 1/2 hours here on something that should have taken an hour.
They are understaffed each time we are there. This process takes double the amount of time it should due to the time it takes to stand in line, be hooked up and wait to be unhooked. We have to wait a very long time for each process. At other locations we averaged 1 hour from start to finish. Hire more staff!
Horrible horrible place. If you’re thinking of helping others avoid this place at all costs! They love to profile and treat their donors like absolute trash! This is a nasty establishment who treats their potential donors beneath human what a sorry excuse in the name of “helping” others …. Judging people based off first impressions is insane in California especially in 2025! The heavier set nurse was an absolute nightmare. I can’t imagine being that bitter in a professional setting! Fix yourself
