Great way to help others and make money. Wish they would open one on Manitowoc!
Very impolite a lady was forced to erase a picture that had nothing to do with biolife besides the machine and her school books.There wasn't any other donors or her face in the photo the supervisor came over and demanded that the picture was to be erased and whole situation was handled very poorly and unprofessional.

Every one always makes you feel comfortable when you are in the facility. I have had problems with one arm not flowing faster than the other, but they are quick to fix the problem!! I'm glad I can donate for people that are in NEED!
Everyone was very friendly and made me comfortable the whole time.
The staff was fantastic! I had a problem with something going wrong as I started bleeding. They took care of it and had to switch to my other arm. Hopefully my second time will go much better.
I GOT A EMAIL SAYING THAT NEW FEE IS $40.00. Wrong,it was $35.00 don't send wrong emails
