Very disappointed after several different experiences. As a college student, I was excited to help others by donating, as well as make a little extra money on the side. Technicians continuously bruised me due to never being able to place the needle in my arm comfortably (or straight!). Unhappy that they were inconsiderate of my time, having had to see the nurse on just about every visit. Not to mention, I felt like the nurses didn’t even evaluate the concerned area. they said I have good veins but there flat my 3rd time trying to donate over never had this trouble by home I think is a race thing I really do hate to think I that and how I have good veins if they flat don't make since
Documented over 15 times I am rejected on large payout days. Let you donate on the first but I am sure they know in advance and stop the big payout day. 3 years and over 15 big payouts....never on a small payout.....not a coincidence....a fact.
False positive test left me banned forever. I depended on the money and the friendships I developed. People should not be punished for mistakes in the Biolife corporate lab😭😭
RecommendedGreat place, friendly staff. I like the way they alway address you by name and tell you to have a great day when you are finished. Would be nice to have one in Manitowoc , especially when it the weather is bad
