I went there once and noticed the staff did not change gloves in between patients, I will not be back.
The people there are great. I do wish they would open one in Winona. It’s hard to get appointments because they are always booked full and it’s hard to drive over there at times. With all the people coming from this area, it would be great if they would.
The people there are great, but the donor scheduling interface on their website is garbage, 90 percent of the time it doesn't work or gives incorrect info. The difficulty with setting an appointment is making me reconsider whether to keep donating plasma.
Certain days it's fine others the staff are just rudw. Company never gets back to you when a scheduling issue comes up. I've called 3 times in 2 days and have yet to talk to a biolife employee. The last 6 times in a row i have waited 20 minutes just to get hooked up, employees talk amongst themselves and pay no attention to donors. Today I got stranded at a gas pump because they did not put my cash in and I did a 50 dollar donation today with an 80 dollar bonus. You guys have my plasma but I have not gotten my cash for it.
