Staff were very rude. I had a conversation within the first 15 minutes of being there about my 3 month old baby, than after 2 hours or being there and about to donate they tell me I couldn't because I had a baby 3 months ago when they should have right away when we had the conversation in the first place. Wasted 2 hours of my time and we're extremely rude for no reason.
Recommendedif you need some extra cash it's a nice place to go. realitivly quick
The staff are friendly, it's a time to relax or play games, do homework or listen to music. The compensation is very nice and the bonuses are great too.
With everywhere there are all personalities at a business. Some go above and beyond, others have a hard shell. Facility is always clean and presentable.
most of the staff is nice and friendly but sometimes their. staff is very rude and make you not want to be there. Also the rude ones are usually up right when you walk in and I had one lady stare me down the whole time I checked in. My first time coming in it's a long process and it was time to go to the screens to answer questions she accused me of being late and she did with another person today as well. other than that this place is great and have great promotions.
So me and my boyfriend go to BioLife to donate plasma for the first time. We do our vein checks and my veins are too small which is fine so they tell me to come back in a week. My boyfriend goes through the checks and is doing the computer part where he is answering questions. One of the questions asks “Have you had sex which a man in the last 12 months?” He answers yes and that is why he gets denied to donate. Dont go there if you have tattoos. i told the truth about ALL my tattoos and the nurse put down something other than my answer that I gave her. So now im not allowed to donate because they claimed I LIED. yeah no I wanted to help my friend that needs plasma, not just for the money. The nurses are BOGUS. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
I have donated for 5 months strait and never had a problem but tonight I got declined because my plasma had too many lipids in it which I'm 99 percent sure it didn't it's just the employee Raphaela she always has a negative attitude and is extremely rude. everyone else there is extremely nice and I've never had a problem but just one bad employee is why I wouldn't recommend going
