this place has gone down hill now you stand outside in the heat which raises your pulse. my pulse is only high here and when I say something they say our machines are different then a dr or one you find at cvs im like no its not but ok. today my code was refused to be put in so im now done run away.
not upset about giving plasma or receiving money but will say they need to do better on their deals or promos.
Management seems to have no regard for their staff or donors. They are understaffed and scheduling more than they can accommodate. What normally takes 45min-1hr is taking 2-2.5hrs because they are so backed up. They are also turning people away at times, people who have made an appointment and shown up on time for it.
Please don’t accept more appointments than you can admit. Twice arrived at appointment time and waited for an hour before hooked up due to the line of donors. I intend to quit after this.
This location need to get a clue. You know that you have a limit on how many people can be in the building. Why are you setting more appointments than your occupancy allows
this location needs to get their crap together. if you know you are short staffed then why not remove some of the appointments?! also the employees on the floor need to be expeditious on getting people hooked up. I have walked out several times because the person in my section is literally taking their sweet time. and other people that were after me getting set up before me.
Wonderful experience from the moment I came in for my first appointment to each employee to nurses. Everyone is amazing. This place is clean and super professional. Highly recommended
I don’t want to leave a negative review but I’m hoping someone from upper management sees this and realizes that this location needs some serious help. I arrived today for my appointment and waited over 40 minutes by the time I was hooked up in a bed. This location can’t seem to keep staff around either. Every time I come in, I see new faces and people are constantly being trained. Either the floor staff employees are overworked or treated poorly and don’t stick around.
