Highly recommend that there should not be so many appointments that there is a 2 hour wait to donate. How difficult is it? You know how many staff you have use that to calculate how many appointments to schedule
You’ll need to book an appointment for a physical 2 weeks ahead of time, then clear your calendar for the rest of the day. You’ll wait at least 2 hours past your appointment, then wait some more to get in a chair, then some more to get the process going. Appointments are useless
The past two days I've been horrible waited an hour and finally they got to me didn't donate on Friday because The wait was so long
I've been donating for 8 years. And in that time I have noticed, that my protein levels, or my hematocrit levels I have never been high, or low on my first donation my $20 donation. It has always been on my higher donation. So I believe BioLife will rip you off every chance they get. My last few donations I was getting leg cramps. I was just in the BioLife on Getz Road Thursday 6/10/2021 and I got a charlie horse in my thigh. When I go to BioLife to donate the representive Lexi, is very.professional, polite, intelligent, knowledgeable, and that's why I go to BioLife it's because of the people that work there.

Biolife rips you off. I had COVID so I qualified for their Hero Donor coupon. 8 donations for $700 total if you donate all 8 times within a 30 day period. Just prior to my second donation, they took a blood sample to send to the lab. Then I donated that same day and a second time that week. I received a call at the end of the week saying that my protein was 5.9 and 6.0 is the minimum. For my safety, they needed to test my blood again, but not until 7 days after my last donation. I'm not sure what is going on at this place but it's OBVIOUS they NEED MORE employees. MY time is Valuable and having to wait like you do for vitals is rediculious. They blame it on the "Permotions" that are going on but when you ONLY have 2 people doing vitals during promotion time, someone has their head up something. Get it together people!!!!
