Great staff! Short wait time. Very helpful and kind crew!
Service has definitely declined over the years since it’s opened. I used to really enjoy it but now it’s very frustrating. Standing in line for 40 minutes to be screened before donating. I’ve tried returning a call to them today since 9am and it’s now after 6pm; i left a message the first time this morning but have tried calling back both numbers at least 10 times since 9am and no answer or returned call. Very frustrating.
I love how they loser my appointments, blood samples and then because they lose it they require you to come in on your time to only give a sample and can't get paid even though they've already taken two. But they lost them so oops
