They are using illegal advertisement practices to get new donors and upon having to pay them the bulk of their money they are stating that there are issues that keep them from paying the donors the bulk of their money. do not get in bed with this if you are wondering about the $500 offer Google it online and you'll find many others having the same issue. A class action lawsuit should be opened up against them.

5 Stars! This place is great! Very friendly staff that knows what they're doing! I haven't had one bad donation where I was stuck wrong or had any complications. Very enjoyable place to donate!
This place is awesome! They were very professional, but laid back enough that I was really comfortable the whole time! Everyone was so nice and informative. I will definitely be returning!

Unprofessional at times. It needs a lil management help. Show up to donate, 3rd time, now im ineligible and no one can tell me why. Wait for half an hour for an explanation, no one knows why. Just kinda weird. I will try and go back for an explanation again.
