Recommendednice facility, good staff, always busy though so prepare to be there a bit even with your appointment. but it is a decent place compared to some places I've been.

I went in I sat for two hours before I was helped and then after all the paperwork is done check my veins right arms perfect left arm is shallow the lady told me that they don't have people equipped properly trains to do a shallow vein then she tells me you can come back in two weeks and I'll check it again your veins don't change worst experience I have ever had at a plasma place won't be back won't prefer your company thank you and have a nice day

Went here tonight after going to another plasma center. In comparison I feel like I was at the ritz! Nice clean location!! Staff was absolutely amazing! Very kind hands in this location were as my old center constantly blew my veins! Absolutely AMAZING SHOUT OUT to Marcus L. Christina and Aaron for keeping me laughing the whole time definitely made the experience way more enjoyable! Will definitely be going back!!!
the staff is so friendly and let it be fun for me i talk a lot wen im nervous and i just hate anything to do with blood thank you bio life for being the best
