wait time to long for pre screening, then after that they make you stand in a long line against the wall, then when seated in a chair, the wait time to get the needle in and started is way too long, seems like the employee keeps you seated in the chair and forgets about you, after 25 minutes of waiting I had to flag someone down make eye contact and ask them, "I'm I next" , the place needs to run more smoothly.
As a first time donor, it took me almost 3 hours just to get set up. I kept watching people who just sat down get called ahead of me. I would not recommend. I have been to other plasma locations that are much more efficient.
If you are a VETERAN with a PTSD diagnosis from serving in the military, DO NOT waste your time goin through the screening process of trying to donate here!!! You will be Respectfully turned away and asked to seek out your doctor for consent to donate stating your PTSD or Psychosis issues are no longer a problem. I'm not sure how a mental health diagnosis deters someone from being physically fit to donate plasma but it's their rules... Don't waste time n gas!!!
If it's your first time, just keep in mind that it will take two to four hours, as they say, but after your first visit, it's much faster. The staff is great and very helpful.
I would have given 5 star review but it’s sooo busy there! I used go to Moreno Valley no problem there, it’s nice and clean here and closer to me
