I moved to this country recently. Tried to donate plasma today, my bus was late getting to Temecula which was semi my fault I should have taken the earlier bus. But damn. (Not racist) But the black girl at the counter was like, angry like 🤬mad and veryyyyyy irritated at me. Also, I called before my appointment and specifically asked what documents I needed to bring in, and the lady on the phone said "social security card, ID, and a written statement of your lease agreement with you and your landlords signature" and I specif... read more
wait time to long for pre screening, then after that they make you stand in a long line against the wall, then when seated in a chair, the wait time to get the needle in and started is way too long, seems like the employee keeps you seated in the chair and forgets about you, after 25 minutes of waiting I had to flag someone down make eye contact and ask them, "I'm I next" , the place needs to run more smoothly.
As a first time donor, it took me almost 3 hours just to get set up. I kept watching people who just sat down get called ahead of me. I would not recommend. I have been to other plasma locations that are much more efficient.
