They will have you waiting in a small jam packed, stinking waiting area for nearly an hour. Such a shame to give out “appointment” times and disregard what your patients have to do with their day and time. Overlapping appointment times, doctors show up late with Starbucks cups in hand and do not care of wasting peoples time. Front desk staff needs to be replaced.
I’ve came here 3 times and all 3 times I had to wait over an hour after the original appointment time to be seen. This is practice is very unorganized and there is a blatant disregard for the patients time. I won’t be coming in to this location anymore and I’ll be letting the attorney who recommended this clinic to stop scheduling their clients here as I’ve seen several patients cancel or reschedule their appointments multiple times for lack of timeliness.
They will have you waiting an hour after your set appointment time with no explanation or apology. Respect your clients time!
You wait at least 90 minutes when you get to your appointment. There wasn’t a single time where i ve waited less than that
